Be Nice Marketing is redefining the way businesses market to their clientele. Marketing is the business process of creating relationships with and satisfying customers. The short version is talking to people like we know them. We're not selling, we're just being nice.
We create relationships that transcend the typical transaction and create lifetime relationships with our customers. In sales, "I need to think about it.." is an objection to be overcome. In being nice, we understand that rational people probably need a little more time and a little more information to come to an informed decision.
